Sidetrip Terms and Conditions


After submitting your booking via our website or e-mail we do our best to confirm your tour or contact you in 24 hours. Due to increased workload during high season (May-September) we might not be able to process every booking so fast, so if you don’t get a response from us or book less than 24 hours before the tour please contact us by phone at +372 5690 7401 during regular office hours to confirm your booking.

Our office hours are as follows:
• From May to September 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (GMT+1) every day
• From October to April 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT+1) every day


We do ask 100% pre-payment for most of our tours. You can pay by credit card through our secure payment system or PayPal. If needed, we can send you an invoice via email as well. All one-way tours have to be paid in advance, because there are limited places in the van.

Please note that if your group has made a pre-payment deposit and some members do not show up, they will lose their deposits.


As a traveller, you can always cancel and we will partly or fully refund you. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a traveller at any time up to the moment of the actual event.

• When cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• When cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour or in the case of a no-show, no refund is issued.

Statutory cancellation possibilities are exempt from these regulations.


We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking if you do it at least 24 hours before your tour. If you have made a group booking and some group members fail to show up at the last moment, you are responsible for compensating us for the related costs (renting a larger vehicle, for example).


Please be aware that our tours take you to the outdoors and while our guides do their best at pointing out where to be careful you are ultimately responsible for not falling off a cliff or tripping over a branch. When booking a tour you acknowledge that participation takes place at your own risk and insurance is not provided as part of the package (unless clearly stated otherwise).

If a passenger shows up intoxicated or is offensive towards other participants of the tour or the tour guide, we have the right to exclude them from the group. In case our property is damaged by your misuse you'll be responsible for covering the repair costs.


Traveller Tours Ltd is registered in Estonia (EU) and according to Estonian tax laws international passenger transport is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). For all intra-country tours Traveller Tours is eligible for 20% VAT and the prices on our website include VAT. If you need an invoice showing VAT, an electronic pdf-invoice can be easily issued by our office staff and sent via e-mail.
