As a traveller, you can always cancel and we will partly or fully refund you. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a traveller at any time up to the moment of the actual event.
• When cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour, your booking is fully refunded*.
• When cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour or in the case of a no-show, no refund is issued.
If your tour cannot take place as a result of "force majeure" then Sidetrip will not accept liability nor pay compensation to you. Instead a travel credit equal or greater than the value of your original booking will be granted to you. This credit will be valid for a period of 24 months from the time of issue.
In these conditions, “force majeure” means any event which Sidetrip could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events may include actual or threatened war, riot, revolution, civil strife, terrorist activity, port or border blockages, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, epidemic, fire and all similar events outside Sidetrip's control
*Please note, that the credit card processing fee (1.5-3%) charged by the third party payment provider will not be refunded.
