You may cancel a confirmed reservation at any time prior to the scheduled start of the tour. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation.
If your tour cannot take place due to an event of force majeure, Sidetrip will not be liable for any damages or compensation. Instead, a travel credit equal to the value of your original booking will be issued. This credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
For the purposes of this policy, “force majeure” means any event beyond Sidetrip’s reasonable control which could not, even with due care, have been foreseen or avoided, including but not limited to war (declared or undeclared), civil unrest, riot, terrorism, border or transport closures, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, severe weather conditions, epidemics or pandemics, and similar events outside Sidetrip’s control.
Please note: third-party payment processing fees (typically 1.5–3% for card payments and up to 5.9% for PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
This policy is a summary. In the event of any inconsistency, the full Terms & Conditions prevail.
