What a lovely way to travel between Zagreb and Budapest. We were contacted the day before and in the morning of pick up so no stress about being left in the city.
3 great stops made for a wonderful day. Travel days can be a waste of time but this trip was great fun and very enjoyable.
Budapest to Zagreb
We had a delightful trip to Zagreb with Klara! Communication with Klara and SideTrip was excellent. The van was clean and spacious for us.
We appreciated Klara’s welcoming spirit and her willingness to tailor the trip to our wishes. Klara took us to see beautiful areas of Hungary that we would never have known about otherwise!!! She shared history and answered our questions. I am so glad that we booked this trip through SideTrip and had the opportunity to meet Klara!

Great time from Budapest to Zagreb
This was a fantastic, educational and relaxing way to travel from Budapest to Zagreb. Skis was an excellent driver and guide!
Comfortable ride and very pleasant journey
Excellent transportation between Budapest and Zagreb. Adam our driver/guide was fantastic - the drive was smooth, safe and he was very conversant. Enjoyed the journey particularly the boat ride crossing Lake Balaton.. Just one minor negative overall was on the lunch restaurant selection, could have been better.
The Hungary you rarely see but shouldn't miss
The tour took us through 4 exceptional sites in Hungary. Our guide, Levente, was exceptional and very accomodating. I would definitely use this site to tour Hungary.
Great way to get to Zagreb!
We had a very enjoyable trip from Budapest to Zagreb with Adam who was a friendly and informative guide. He took us through Lake Balaton and the pretty surrounding villages as well as a fortress with lovely views. Finally we stopped at the beautiful Festetics Palace with large gardens. Overall, this was a great way to travel between cities and we could not recommend our guide more!!
Fantastic Boutique Transfer Tour
Absolutely loved this option as an alternative to get from city to city. Our guide Csenge was brilliant!! She was so chatty on the drive and really happy to talk to us, teach us and impart her knowledge of different things. We loved the towns we stopped at and the lunch option suggested to us was delicious!! Overall this was a great way to transport 7 people from Zagreb to Vienna, seeing so much more of the countries and being able to break the drive with 2 sightseeing stops is great!
