Bad weather offset by an excellent guide
This is a good way to get from Prague to Budapest with some sightseeing along the way. It was a long day and sightseeing conditions could have been better but Levi our driver and guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I would recommend this as a means of transferring between these cities.
Great way to see the countryside and less traveled locales
Levi was great, he was very flexible and allowed us to customize our route somewhat. He also gave great recommendations for lunch and desserts. The walking tour around Bratislava was awesome with the perfect amount of history and commentary. We had a fantastic trip and will definitely use Sidetrip Tours in the future.

We loved riding from Prague to Budapest with Jakub. He was kind, patient and had great information to share about our stops at Lednice Gardens, Bratislava and Gyor. The van was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Jakub and Sidetrip to others seeking this type of transportation.
Great trip for sightseeing
I booked the sidetriptours from Budapest to Prague on April 19th, Friday. Jonathan was our driver who was very personable and attentive. We stopped three places along the way. There were total 8 of us in a van. Although we couldn’t seat together as a couple, overall trip was smooth. The trip was started 8 am and ended at 6 pm as planned.

Csenge was a wonderful driver and guide. She made sure we were all comfortable. The stops were lovely. This was my second Sidetrip and I would do this again.
A great way to get from Budapest to Prague while sightseeing
We had a great experience with our driver, Jakub. He was punctual, courteous, flexible, and fun. I am glad we chose Sidetrip over just booking a (cheaper) train ticket. We wouldn't be able to see three places in one day without renting a car, so this was a convenient way to see new places while enjoying a comfortable ride. Would definitely recommend.
